    When To Feed The King?

I just picked up an adult or subadult Mexican Black Kingsnake. All my reading indicates they are day active most of the year except for the hottest part of the summer when they go nocturnal. Given that my guy is in a temp-controlled environment, should I try feeding him during the day or after dark like the rest of my nocturnal pets?

    TIA

Re: When To Feed The King?

I feed all of my snakes at night. I have diurnal snakes too, so it shouldn't make much difference. I have a mexican black king and she eats like a pig every Friday night.
