    New Axanthic pics.

I got the Axanthic male today and I found out a little more about him and my female. The guy who I got him from produced this male a few years ago and from the clutch half of the babies were like this guy and he sold most of them for $1200 and kept this one and another one. Last year someone bought this male and my female and they bred them together and my female had 9 eggs and the babies turned out like the male. The pics make him seem lighter but the best pic I have of him is the other one I posted yesterday. He has some scales on him that are just pure white, I dont know if that means something but its very interesting.

and this is one of the spots, he has quite a few on him

Cool project... Sounds like you have a great pair there, keep us posted! And I would say I have about 10 "normals" with those white or VERY light yellow spots. They don't appear to be anything, but you never know.

    Take Care,

I really didnt know what the spots were, I was told that this male bred to my female in december so I dont know if shes gravid, shes almost finished her shed cycle and has been laying in her water kind of on her side so who knows. Next years going to be AWSOME.
