That just looks like he scraped that one belly scute on something abrasive in his home. Might want to look for & remove the cause, & meanwhile, keep him on clean white paper towels while that heals up. Treat topically (several times a day) with either Vetericyn antiseptic (the one for reptiles) or diluted Betadine (povidone-iodine), diluted so it looks the color of weak tea, & dab it on that scale with a cotton ball or Q-tip. His humidity is pretty low at 43%- you need to get that up around 55%, & higher during shed.

No more than 65-70% please. But you can always provide a humid hide if you aren't already (in addition to the 2 regular hides, one cool side & one warm).

An RH meter does not read air RH if it is sitting on the substrate -- it is reading the moisture it is getting from the substrate. (If the substrate is very damp, that can also wreck the meter, so it would be worthwhile to confirm the RH reading with a second known good meter.) Unless the ambient RH in the room is approaching 100%, that enclosure is very unlikely to be at 80%.
A far better substrate than the coco fiber would be coco chips. Not only does it release more moisture into the air (since it has more surface exposed to the air), but the top of it can be a little drier than the bottom of the layer and the snake can root around in it to get to the moisture level they prefer.
