Where was USARK in September? DC, LA, TX + more!
Spooky Season is here!
We are getting into gear for Tinley and Halloween! |
The USARK team is deeply saddened by the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene. Our thoughts are with the herpetological community and others affected, particularly those who have lost loved ones, beloved animals, and irreplaceable habitats.
Need help? Please see our Facebook post for ways to seek aid. |

We're keeping an eye on all things herp-related! |
USARK in DC USARK spent two weeks in DC. While there, we visited many legislator offices, attended multiple hearings, and made sure the professional voice of responsible herpetoculture was heard. |
USARK in Louisiana USARK spoke before the Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries Commission on behalf of responsible herpetoculturists. Due to short notice, only two herpetoculturists spoke regarding the proposed rules: a Louisiana turtle breeder and Phil Goss of USARK. https://usark.org/24_la/
