When to feed my BP?
My BP who is about 2 feet and as thick as a half-dollar just ate 2 mice last week. I fed him 2 mice instead of a rat becuase I dont think he can handle a rat yet. My question is when should I feed him next? Should I still feed him once a week but with 2 mice or should i wait about 2 weeks now? thanks for any help

Re: When to feed my BP?
Once a week is fine. If he begins to refuse meals you might want to either go to 1 mouse per week or 2 mice every two weeks.

Re: When to feed my BP?
4 days (IMO) is a little soon. i like to give my snakes time to digest their meal. or else(again, IMO) their systems are to buisy digesting a whole bunch of food.
thats just what i think, dont hold me to that.

rule of thumb is one rodent the same girth or slightly larger then the thickest part of your snake once a week.

Re: When to feed my BP?
So would most of you recomend 1 every week or is it ok to do 2 every other week. When Im at school I have to bum a ride to the pet store so it would be more convients to do it every other week.
