    Feeding day

    We’ll fudge buckets
Ziggy has shed and it’s feeding day
Have a smallish med rat that’s heavily pregnant
Excuse the last photo unfortunately it was the best I can do with a squirmy rodent was trying to get a side angle
Has this happened to any one?

Cute rat- they make good moms, incidentally. Not sure what your question is? I take it you bought her as a feeder? Oops. You might ask about trading her back to where you got her.

I wouldn't. A pregnant rat is very wide (& quite solid) in the middle- hard for a snake to get down.

Make the switch to frozen thawed food for the sanity of those love animals and the safety of your snake.
