    Ball Python Damaged Eye Cap?

    Yes. That could be either one & having the right tools & experience to diagnose would surely help. Eyes are delicate & worth saving, so that is something I would not mess with at home- I'd take that snake to a qualified herp vet, & if you need to find one near you, this site may help:

    Poor guy. I agree with Boger. That guy looks like he needs a vet.
