A little confused on ma belle Evangeline, help!

When I brought my girl Evangeline home I was told that she was a Super Russo. I know she's a BEL, obviously, but I'm questioning her Super Russo status. BEL yes. Super russo, no.
Maybe a russo with phantom or mystic with the bit of color there. But not 100% sure.

In the sunlight she's an absolutely gorgeous buttery cream color, with off-white markings a yellow stripe down her spine. I cannot wait to see her adult coloring!
