    this is when I first got him he was so shy he came like that from the breeder all honestly , that didn’t happen on my hands but I’m praying he sheds soon to see if the issue fix it’s self he’s comfortable with me and allows me to handle him , I even got him to switch from eating live fuzzies to frozen thawed , he’s a gorgeous snake nonetheless but the spots are noticeable because they are a little darker , but it is a fungal infection I will take him to a herp specialist vet , for sure . I appreciate everyone’s expertise

    this is how he came I’m hoping a shed fixes it I seen fungal infections and it doesn’t look like one 🙏🏾

    BEL with Mojave will typically have a darker head. As he sheds, he’ll probably darken up more.

    We are going to be breeding for BELS, but won’t use Mojave because of the darkening. We are thinking super lesser or bamboo lesser.

    Just a thought .
