    Bought Bulk Rats Weight Off

I bought 25 rats from Perfect Prey that were supposed to be 20-29grams per which I thought would be perfect for my growing girl. She’s at 240 grams yesterday and born late June.
Sadly the rats came when 19 to 24 grams. Been feeding her the smaller ones every seven days but with just a few rats in I’m debating do I feed her more frequently (5 day feedings) as she gets bigger or keep her at the once a week schedule we are on? Or do I start feeding her the bigger ones now and when she’s ready feed on two small ones at the same time?

That's not a big enough difference IMO to change the feeding- maybe your scale or theirs is off a bit? Most captive snakes eat way more than the wild ones do- & usually snakes on the "lean side" are healthier. I know everyone wants to see their snakes growing (same for human kids, etc) but in the "big picture", it's not a big deal. It's your snake though- I wouldn't feed 2 at a time.

Sweet. That’s what I was thinking but thought I would chime in with the experts. Thanks for the info!
