    Banana Sex Link

This falls between the categories of breeding and morphs, but I figured I should post it here. I bred a banana Het albino ( male maker) to an albino female. Now I know it may seem silly to do since differentiating between the albinos and banana albinos will be difficult, but I have a reason for choosing this pairing. I know that around 95% of the bananas will be male. The non banana morphs of the clutch should technically all be female right? So if an “albino” is male is it 100% a banana albino, or is there any possibility of there being a non banana male in the clutch?

I would assume that it's the same chance of producing a female banana.
So most likely all your bananas regardless of albino or not should be male, but there's still that 5% chance of a girl. However....if you get a girl somehow,
A banana het albino to a banana albino would give you possible super banana males and any other mix of bananas

Hey there. I think the wording of my question was confusing. I kinda rambled. My question was if the albino is male, does that 100% mean it’s a banana albino?

No. While most males would be Banana, there is a chance of a non-Banana male from a male-maker Banana. There's also a chance of a Banana female from a male-maker Banana, But the answer to your question is - no, it is not a 100% guarantee that all males will be Banana.

Incidentally, you might find a video on Youtube helpful with both the possibility of male non-Bananas and Banana Albinos. It's by TheRoyalConstrictor, titled 'Albino Banana Ball Pythons? Freeways and Clown Pieds, too!, and was posted June 23, 2020. That should be enough information for you to find it, I don't want to hotlink.

I don't know if using a flashlight to check the backlighting of the eyes would work on an albino to identify the presence of Banana.

its not 100% that all males are Banana and all females are not. they MOST LIKELY are.. but probably 10-15% of the time a female Banana will pop out.
so you're asking if you can assume that all of the male Albino's in the clutch are Banana also. most likely. are any non Albino Banana's male? usually if you do hit a female Banana one of the others will flip too. but you wont know for sure without breeding it.
