Banana python breed question
If I were to Breed my female super banana to my male banana, how could I determine if offspring are female or male makers?

The banana (aka coral glow) mutant gene resides on the sex chromosomes. The female super banana has two X chromosomes, and each X chromosome has a banana mutant gene. The male banana has an X and a Y sex chromosome. One of those chromosome has a banana gene. If the male is a male maker, then the normal gene is on the X chromosome and the banana gene is on the Y chromosome (X+/Yb). If the male is a female maker, then the banana gene is on the X chromosome and the normal gene is on the Y chromosome (Xb/Y+). If most of the male babies are super bananas and most of the female babies are bananas, then the male parent is a male maker. If most of the female babies are super bananas and most of the male babies are bananas, then the male parent is a female maker.
Female bananas and super bananas can produce both male (female maker) and female banana babies when mated to a normal male.
If the male parent is a male maker, then most of the male babies will be super bananas and most of the female babies will be bananas. Male super bananas will produce both male and female bananas when mated to a normal female. The few male banana babies will be male makers when mated to a normal female. Female babies breed as in the paragraph above.
female super banana (Xb/Xb) x male (male maker) banana (X+/Yb)
___|__Xb_____
Xb_|__Xb/Xb--super banana females (rare)
X+_|__Xb/X+--banana females
Yb_|__Xb/Yb-- super banana males
Y+_|__Xb/Y+--banana males (rare) (female makers)
