    Angry My ASF females always bite me

    I don't know if anyone else has this problem but ever since I have had the female ASF they come up to me to bite me for no reason I try to give them water I get bitten or it would something like that I don't understand why they want to bite me so much I don't have problems with the males or their babies just the two adu ASF especially one would just come up to bite me I wear socks snice I don't have socks to prevent getting bitten it is more of nip but it's really annoying

    I've never kept or worked with ASFs but what you describe I think is fairly typical for them. They're more of a challenge to raise than other rodents, & I'd assume that they're protecting their home & offspring.
