    Rhino Pleco

I don't know if any of you are into fish at all, but I recently set up a tank with a few random cichlids and some clown loaches...I also have a rhino pleco and snapped this shot today, because he was actually out of hiding for once.
Here he is, affectionately named "Ug" for how ugly he is, but so uhly I think he's cute:

...those plecos are armed to the teeth too, lots of spikes and tough scales make them compatible with most any aggressive cichlid. Cool fish....

    Re: Rhino Pleco

Yeah, I was into reptiles before fish...then I had an empty 20 long, and decided I'd fill this one with water. It turned out really nice, and although I'll never get into fish like I am with snakes, I'll probably ALWAYS have a fish tank whre I live from now on.

    Re: Rhino Pleco

i think my favorite pleco was my goldie pleco...

    http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog...inan/161_F.PHP

he died which makes me very unhappy... my royals are gorgeous as well - my queen arabesque is a sad example of a queen but i ordered her from a cichlid dealer i order from so it was sight unseen.

choosing a true fav is hard though as i love all my fish but... my synodontists are my favorites as well... they are soooo cute, like puppy dogs. LOL

oh no.... stop.... don't get me talking fish!!!

    LOL
