    Largest Short Tail

i’ve read all 3 (Blood, Borneo and Sumatra) average 4-5 feet on average but everything seems conflicted, anyone got any reliable data on this? also is it true that orange head Sumatrans are smaller than regular Sumatrans?

That sounds about right for them, I've seen some 7'+ monsters but most are sitting in the 4-5' range. I have all three species and they are all really close in size. I've never heard orange heads being smaller but possible, some lines are, I've heard that about Bangka bloods before.

    re: pumpkin-heads

i only read this from one source so idk how true this locality dimorphism is - was just curious because videos of adults also seem to substantiate this or at least, the ones i have seen the orange-head SST always seems to be smaller than the Chrome + Blackheads and if i do chose to go that route for the last specimen of my collection i would want the “full experience” of the Blood Python complex
