Sorry. I need to read more carefully. I don't have any additional advice as to how to raise your humidity. I would advise you to rethink the skull and log hides. Snakes get stuck in the eyeholes of skull hides and those log hides don't provide the security bp's need because they are open at both ends.

Totally agree ^ ^ ^
Also, why is your goal 70% humidity? That's a bit high unless BP is in shed- are you just trying to make sure it's achievable? Otherwise 55-60% should be fine, especially with the right substrate, plus a humid hide.

I was wondering if that would be ok thanks for the advice, I can replace the skull one with a faux sandstone one. The log isn't a hide the cool side one is to the right behind it its the stone looking thing.

You see I was wondering about that because /r/ballpythons and some other sources I've found are rather adamant that since the places BPs are native to places where its 70% that's what it should be

Not every one that's "adamant" ("their way or the high-way") is right. Just saying... Most here seem to agree with 55-60%, with higher only during shed. Higher humidity with the poor air-flow found in most captive settings (to preserve humidity in enclosures) PLUS the level of warmth provided can also make some bacteria, molds & fungi feel very much "at home" & cause health issues in BPs, also, just saying. Your snake, your choice.
