    Blue Eyed Lucy Eye Defects

I have a female super lesser who seems to have some sort of eye defect. One of her pupils is always bigger than the other. Would it be a bad idea to breed her? She would be paired to a super Mojave so the babies wouldn’t have any eye defects because of the morph, but I don’t know if she can pass her issue down to the babies.

It's not uncommon for super lessers to have bug eyes, which is when one or two eyes are much larger than normal. You would be able to breed her since it's associated with super lesser so it won't pass on to the babies. Some breeders choose not to breed snakes with bug eyes but that's a personal preference, you would still be able to with no bad effects.
