    My thought was to remove the components from the enclosure entirely and carefully clean them individually. The RHP can simply be unscrewed from its mount I think, but I hope the LED strip isn't glued into the enclosure (it's the one with the built-in groove that the strip goes into that you can request when ordering from AP).

    Finally had time on a day where the weather wasn't utter garbage (seriously April so far has been pretty disappointing here). Did a 3 step process of scrubbing the entire thing with dish soap, diluted bleach and F10 with time to sit and heavy rinsing between each.

    All the equipment thankfully works too (probably should've been something to check well beforehand but hindsight is 20/20). The VE-200 feels like alien technology to me, I'm not used to a thermostat with, you know, options.

    Also happy to finally have it out of the garage. There's just no room in there so it kept having to be shuffled around and it was quite annoying.
