    Laminate flooring and fumes?

There's this enclosure on FB Marketplace that has laminate flooring. I've heard laminate can give off fumes if left in too hot a temperature, but the listing says boas and monitors have lived in it at different times over the years, and the future resident I have in mind for it won't prefer things to be overly warm either, so would you say this is safe since it's probably released any potential fume hazards?

And before we go over it again, yes I'm aware I'm looking at old enclosures again. But unlike last time where I had an animal that needed new lodging ASAP and I had very limited funding, I'll have a lot of time and resources to clean/disinfect/renovate as needed.

It wouldn't concern me. Usually if new carpeting/flooring/furniture is going to offgas, it will be within the first few months you bring it home.
