The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has proposed to list the Egyptian tortoise (Testudo kleinmanni) as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has proposed to list the alligator snapping turtle as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. The comment deadline is January 10, 2022.
