    I repeat, don't use bleach for this- it's toxic & very hard to rinse away. Reptiles are FAR more sensitive than we are- especially their sense of smell- bleach fumes can harm their lungs etc.

    Bio active- I don't think that guarantees you'll be free of issues- I wish that were true though.

    Wait-about the bio active what do you mean? With springtails and isopods and all natural things like live plants, the enclosure should never need to be cleaned other than spot cleaning the pee and poop right? Or am I totally off on that?

    Also, while I currently am enclosure-less (not a word but who cares) how can I set up a plastic tub for her to temporarily stay? or is there a better way?
