I'd be curious FIRST to hear their explanation of this...is it possible they were maliciously hacked? These days, you never know- people with grudges or who think they're 'funny'? And a busy vet's office may take a while to get to their emails- that's true of MY own vet, so personally, I'd call them A.S.A.P.

Rang them just now checked the email and have forwarded it there I.t department, hopefully fixed soon

Update they’ve amended the temps at least and added bullet points, the temps seem a bit out of whack still but I’m not going to go on a spree and start telling what they can’t do, just glad they changed the temps from hundreds of degrees.
