Thoughts on this Guy?? Pastel Axanthic or Axanthic??

I recently bought this guy, his parents are VPI Axanthic Spider x Pastel het VPI Axanthic. He was sold as a VPI Axanthic, the breeder believes he may be Pastel Axanthic but was not 100% sure..

I personally don't care, he is awesome either way. I have a a VPI Axanthic his coloring is different from this guy..

0.1 Pastave het Clown - Masquerade
    1.0 Onyx - Voivod
    0.1 Super Pastel Butter G-Stripe - Phobia
    1.0 Axanthic het G-Stripe - Dusk
0.1 Normal het Axanthic - Dawn
    1.0 Pastel Axanthic - Jasper

His head stamp is pretty dark for a pastel, but he does appear to be one. Might be the camera angle or something. He has that classic pastel narrowing of side pattern and lots of blushing.

Unexperienced keeper/breeder here, but that looks like a Pastel Axanthic to me. Although there's not a ton of blushing, there is some. And there seems to be some distorsion of the pattern that is pretty typical of the Pastel gene in my limited experience.

Am I wrong to always look at the front of their mouth as well for pastels ? I read and it a couple of places and it seems to hold true on almost every pastel I have seen. Most will have "whiteish" upper lips and the front upper corners of their mouths. This sometimes wraps up over their nose too. At any rate, I also think this looks pastel to me (mouth lightening included).
