    ID potential purchase

I'm considering purchasing this girl, but I'm not 100% convinced of the genetics.

Breeding was orange dream super pastel enchi to a leopard banana.

This girl is advertised as banana orange dream pastel. What do you guys think?

    Re: ID potential purchase

    That link should work.

It's obviously got banana and pastel for sure. The only thing that's throwing me off is that most of the orange dreams I've seen have a more reduced pattern. Opinions?

Well, it has way too much flaming and blushing to not have something going on besides banana and pastel, and none of the other genes in the parents would be the cause unless they were misidentified. More than anything OD cleans out some of the "dirtyness" of the pattern by removing some of the brown similar to a desert ghost, rather than completely pulling the eyes out like enchi does. Closest thing I could think of doing similar blushing is YB, but it would have a slightly different area in the side pattern that brightened up, where this is more consistent with what OD does. Fire would pale out all the colors really badly in this combo.

Seems right to me, but it wouldn't hurt to have a second opinion if someone else in the forum has experience with OD.
