    Re: !boa bonanza!

This thread reminds of the old REDTAILBOA.NET (No longer a board) days.

I remember combing through the photos and getting all fired up for a boa of my own.

I met my friend Bryan through that board and Tom McCarthy (McCarthy Boas) on that board.

I'm glad we have a thread here where there is a copious amount of photos.

Postal is north of where I live here in MN with one of the most beautiful Suri boas I've ever seen.

    Keep the pictures coming!

Had medusa out today, my hypo img, it was a bit warmer today after all day rain yesterday, she hasn't got much red left now
She's really solid and when she doesn't want to do something she really won't do it.

I'll add to the "Nanza" today.

    Pythons 0, Boa 1.

I tried feeding the coastal and the Bredli today. They were offered the same 1 pound rabbit and neither was interested.

Sniper was ready. I typically feed him monthly and that would have put his meal on the 17th of this month. I just didn't want to waste a rabbit so he had an early meal.

    No problems getting this down.

That head on Medusa is something else! Quite intimidating and impressive, I do love the darker colored snakes.

Thanks Goingpostal, she's my most unpredictable boa and has bit me more times than all of the rest put together , I still stroke her a few times a day just to keep her relaxed and would probably eat every day too if she could .
She's actually not got the biggest head of my collection, I'd say my red pastel has then my female longicauda then her, she definitely feels stronger than the rest and she grips on for dear life, I never put her round my neck, only ever over my shoulder, she wouldn't leave the table leg alone that's why I let her go to the floor then I could pick her up, lol, she grips onto anything than she passes and so difficult to get back into her viv.
She's looking great after her litter last year

You go from black to pink golden banana colors in the span of a few posts.

I can't pick a favorite out of your lineup.

I do dig that IMG quite a bit though!

    Thanks Gio.
Medusa is pretty special, her dark colour is pretty cool.
Yes I don't really have a favourite too, that's why I like locality and morphs, they all got something special going on
