    How do i keep good humidity without too much?

    Your living situation. (House, apt, friends couch) Basically are you in charge of things or is someone else?

    I spray down the substrate on two of my enclosures every few days using a 1 gallon sprayer I got from Home Depot. Seems to work for me.

    I don't over-saturate. I just give it a lite mist over the surface, then mix it around so as to keep the more wet parts towards the bottom of the substrate layer.
