That's alright! bcr is right about lowering your settings, which you already did. Remember that most of the care guides and suggestions you'll get are just guidelines and not us saying that you HAVE to have something at this temperature. For example, when I say you want a hot spot right at 90, I'm not saying it has to be 90, really your BP would do fine 87, 88, 89. One degree up or down typically isn't going to make a HUGE difference. it's when you have a big 10 degree difference from what's recommended that you might start seeing some issues. Too much heat is a bad thing, too little heat is a bad thing, but -/+ a degree or two typically isn't going to hurt your animal.
