Which side for the che ?
What side do you keep the che is it the same side as the uth or the opposite side?

Same side, though you don't want it all the way to the edge. Might take a little experimenting to find the very best placement, but roughly 1/4-1/3 the way from the hot end should be about right.

Re: Which side for the che ?
I personally put mine in the middle and the ambient of my entire tank is about 79-81. However, my room is generally too cold to put it only on the warm side and allow a larger temperature gradient.

Better to have a gradient, even if the room is cooler. 79 is a bit hot for the cool side. Might benefit by moving it slightly off center towards hot side.

Good to know, I'll try and shift it a little bit
