My boa has green in its urates.

It’s not like a bright green it’s more of a light green. Please tell me that it’s normal??

They can be all sorts of shades, brown to green and sometimes just looks like fur balls. as long as it doesn't smell any different than normal, then I wouldn't worry too much.
I'd just double check everything temps and humidity , just to put your mind at rest

I mean it smelled but it wasn’t a horrid smell. It didn’t smell like poop because she only pooped urates since she is only eating twice a month.

It's pretty normal, not to worry.

That's hilarious, the way his beautiful boa just won't stay still- like he's determined to steal the show.

He finally gets around to discussing "color" around 10:00, btw.

In noting the way many snakes defecate as soon as we clean their cages he makes an interesting point, that maybe boas are "marking their territory" this way? Personally, I think it's more likely that it's just the activity & minor stress of interacting with us that causes them to "go" (& NOT some evil desire to mess up what we just cleaned, either, lol), so if you ever think your snake might be constipated because he hasn't gone in a while after eating, keep in mind that even before you try giving them a "soak", try handling them a bit more first. Just don't put on your finest dry-clean shirt when you do.

I love his channel and how deadpan hilarious his delivery is at times but very informative simultaneously. “Well that was an exposè on boa poop...”

And what a helluva collection of boas, good god!!
