    Question Questionable breeder

    Hi!

Some time ago I adopted 3 ball pythons (1 female, 2 males) that have been since young age housed together. They are currently 4 years old, all in great weight for breeding. I have heard that if ball pythons are housed together they refuse to breed. I am wondering if this is true because I could not find answers on the internet. Female is a Mojave het pied and I would like to breed her to my Cinnamon het pied but I am not sure if they would breed at all, since she was housed with two males previously. Their previous owner told me that they have never had a clutch at all wich makes me question using her as a future breeder, since she was housed with two males for 4 years and has not become gravid.

Any advice and opinion is welcome!
    Thank you!

Not true. I have three rescues now that came from two females being housed together. One female was male an the twenty three year old female hatched three of six.

Have all the snakes probed or DNA tested to sex them. You won’t be the first to have girls that are boys

    Good luck!
