After administering antibiotics to ball python have you ever poked yourself with the needle by mistake?
If yes what did you do in such cases?

No, & sorry for laughing, but I can totally see it happening, especially when you're not that comfortable giving injections.
In an abundance of caution, I would call my local physician & tell them what happened, & tell them what your snake is being treated for- that's important, as some things are zoonotic (able to be shared between humans & animals). In ALL LIKELIHOOD you'll be just fine, with no issues at all, but there's always a chance of you acquiring an infection, either localized or systemic, so stay alert for any symptoms such as redness or swelling at the site of your jab, or general malaise & fever.
And if you're planning to re-use the needle for your snake, it must be thoroughly sterilized now, so your snake doesn't get something from YOU.
