Ugh, so sorry to hear this. I hope you just test positive & avoid all symptoms, but even if you don't, I hope you make a quick recovery too.

The primary literature would indicate that the odds are extremely low (read, bordering on non-existent) of the virus being transmissible to snakes. The target receptor in snakes is quite a bit different between them and us
