    My dumerils boy

This snake is tough to get decent photos of, he's a mover! He's five years old, super easy keeper. Highly recommend this species.

    Yeah, great looking Dumerils.

Pretty underrated in the hobby, IMO. I am partial to BI's and my collection is full, but I do really like them. Really solid snakes and great temperament.

Beautiful boy you have there. I have always wanted one. I think I may pull the plug this year.

I've always loved the looks of a Dumeril's, but just never got around to keeping one. Yours is a stunner!

Seeing one in person before I had snakes got me hooked. Something about that pattern and without morphs they are so underrated in the hobby but what an absolute dream to keep.

    Re: My dumerils boy

Just curious - how many grams does your boy weigh. I have a male dum also and he is a stunner. I believe mine is at 2200 grams now. I think he is only 4 years old. I will have to check my paperwork when I get home to night.

Your boy is beautiful. Love Dumerils

I haven't weighed him super recently but over the summer he was a little over 4.5 pounds and he is five years old.

Got him stretched out the other day, made me realize he's gained some length finally

What a gorgeous boy! How are these guys as feeders? I've peaked at a few of the boa species but don't know much about Dumerils.
