    Animal plastics tank heating

I’m looking to buy 2 t8 animal plastic enclosures, I currently use zoomed heat mats hooked up to thermostats. Would it be fine to use them on the bottom of the animal plastics tank?

Shouldn’t be a problem. Look into radiant heat panels though. They boost your ambient temps as well

Not if you stack the tanks. AP is routed for heat tape on one side. I don’t think your mats will fit. Call them an see.

    Good luck!
