    First clutch!

Woke up this morning to see Luxana sitting on three eggs, she didn't look finished so I gave her a couple hours alone and came back to find her coiled around 7 good eggs. She was my first snake and is a bumblebee het lav. I paired her to my lavender het pied male. She went 33 days after he pre lay shed. Couldn't be more proud of her. Especially since she was just as sweet as she always is.

    The mother is beautiful.

How are you incubating? Homemade one, or a real incubator? Thanks for sharing.

Congrats! It would be awesome to get a pied het for lavender albino. You have 6 eggs and with a 1/4 chance---your odds are great! I'm rooting for you!

Oh right, and since I'm supporting a ball python breeder: let me get out my pitchfork and dance a little jig with my cloven hooves while I'm at it.

A female pied het lavender is the goal. Always wanted a big pied.

    Re: First clutch!

Hard to believe its already been 50/49 days for the two clutches. Eggs are dimpling and are at least 1 degree warmer than the incubator. Been opening them quick every few days for fresh air this last week. Can't wait to open them up and see a head or two poking out.

Day 60/59 and the lavender het pied x het pied clutch are all out of the egg. Still waiting on a couple from the other clutch.
