    Cleaning?

I am wondering is there any clean solution that is reptile safe and don’t give off any smell. I haven’t find one yet so when I ball python craps, I just throw all the paper towel away and use water to spray down the tub.

F10 veterinary disinfectant is good. safe as long as you follow directions. I haven't noticed a smell.

Yes I got my bottle from amazon. It's sort of expensive, about $30 for a bottle of concentrated solution but it will last you a very long time, just make sure you store it somewhere cool and dark

Or you can use generic chlorhexidine (similarly diluted) from your local feed store. It's way less expensive & unless you have a bunch of snakes or are breeding them, the F10 is more appropriate for a vet clinic than someone with just one snake. Keep in mind that killing germs are all these products are designed to do...they lose effectiveness if the cage is dirty (ie. clean up the feces first, then spray & wait for it to work effectively). Best way to wipe out feces is using plain water with a tiny dab of dish soap in it. If you only wipe with diluted F10 or chlorhexidine, just wipe it dry, no need to rinse either & neither one has fragrance. Easy-peasy! If you use them for water bowls though you obviously DO need to thoroughly rinse them out; personally I use white vinegar full strength on water bowls, as is dissolves any mineral from hard water AND it's also a mild disinfectant.

For the deeper cleanings I also use an F10, called Quat Plus. I usually would get from BigAppleHerp but I don't see it on their site any longer. You can probably get on amazon.
For normal cleanings that require more than just water, I use a vinegar/water mix (gets those urates up nicely) and then a water/mr clean mix which gives it another cleaning and gets rid of the vinegar smell.

Chlorhexidine solution is what you are looking for. Watch this video to learn more about it.
