Sorry, I didn't add this before the 'edit post' option went away: Please, also remember to keep her water bowls shallow. Snakes with this degree of neurological dysfunction can easily drown. I saw in the video that she got herself back upright after losing her balance, so that is actually a good sign. If you can fine-tune her husbandry and help her out with feeding while perhaps keeping her meals smaller than those of a normal snake, she could have a decent quality of life with you. As is the case with animals who've survived this much trauma, you'll just always have to be prepared that her condition could suddenly worsen - but here's hoping you and she have a good amount of time together.

Re: Is there any way I can help my snake?
I would convert her to f/t and offer her feeders wet. Hydration is key for recovery and good sheds, and if she has neuro issues she may not be able to drink as much as she should. Also as she grows she will need bigger feeders, which means the rats will be more likely to fight back and hurt her. I have a few spider combos that could never eat live, they tend to strike anywhere except where the feeder is.
I would remove the hide in this picture. When the décor has enclosed loops the snake can get stuck.
