When do I handle my 6 month old ball python?

I fed my ball python 3 pinkies last night because I didn't wanna throw the pinkies to waste so I decided to feed them to my ball python. When should I handle her or how long do you think it will take to digest those small pinkies?

Don't start handling until she is feeding consistently. (3 or more successful feedings.) To prevent regurgitation and stress, do not handle at least 24 hours after feeding, but preferably 48 hours.

Please get appropriately sized prey items.

Like vivi said don't handle until 3 consecutive meals are down. I aways wait 48 hours after feeding to handle. In my opinion you should only handle at 24 if absolutely necessary and for a very short period of time.
