    scale rot?

hey guys! so in a previous post, my snake had escaped, and in the process of that i think he hurt his chin while pushing down the door of his tank. in the post his chin just looks irritated
but then it started to look brownish. he shed, i gave him a povidine iodine soak and i switched him to newspaper and it started to look a little better. yesterday i put him back on mulch because i had so much trouble keeping up humidity. now his chin looks brownish again and i’m concerned. i might just be paranoid but i wanna see what you guys think

    Re: scale rot?

Honestly I think that is more likely to be staining rather than scale rot.

Keep an eye on it but it should go away with the next shed.
