    Heating in Divided AP Enclosure

Question for those of you that keep divided AP enclosures - How do you heat them? Is it even possible to put a RHP in the middle? Would you use two small RHPs at the ends so they both have a cooler side at the divider?

Thanks. Buried deep in the thread, but looks like bookending smaller RHPs is the way to go.

Also read early in the thread that you couldn't do shelf and divider. Will keep digging to see if that changed.

Re: Heating in Divided AP Enclosure

You can have a shelf with the divider. When I split an AP enclosure that I knew was eventually only going to house one animal I chose to use UTHs on both sides instead of RHPs because I didn't want to remove one of the smaller RHPs later. Once the enclosure only housed one snake I could either get a larger UTH or add an RHP or CHE.
