I don't like when new posted photos are at the end of a page. I'll bring them to the next page so people can see what the fuss is all about. This snake deserves a few more looks!

Is a Nikkor 70-300mm AF-P DX lens. Even though is a DX lens I slapped to my Full frame DSLR, and the pictures come out great (if I do my part ).

That’s one cool looking snake. Great shots too!
The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

Thanks, Ricky! Great lens you have especially coupled to a full frame. I do have an AF-S Nikkor 18-140mm DX VR and a 50mm f/1.8 G I use for the kids that I haven't tried out with Alpha yet so you give me some hope to try it.

Rock, I think the 18-140mm will be better for taking pictures of Alpha. And remember, just like everything in life... the more you do it, the better you get at it.

I completely agree. With a crop sensor the 50mm is closer to an 85mm for you but the zoom on the 18-140 will be much more useful. However, the clarity of your shots look like they came from a prime lens like my 50. Again, great job! Practice, practice.
