Thanks y’all! Really happy I finally got into Aussie snakes after all my years of keeping.

Craig, can’t say you’d go wrong with a coastal carpet. But also think you’d have a great time with a boa. Something mesmerizing about a heavy bodied, slow moving, larger constrictor that’s hard to beat.

This is actually why you need at least one of each.

My boa is awesome. Had I had the patience for a very young animal I may have held off for a Poki.

But who's to say that Poki litter is a sure thing? If it is, I'll be weeping when they are delivered.

There are 2 left on the list, and unless one here dies, I'll never get either of them.

Family comes first and my latest addition is the end.

From my limited, but involved experience, I find carpets more active than boas and a tad more arboreal depending on the boa.

Handling is a tie, and maybe an edge to the boa because of what JM said.

    Thick and heavy!

    Carpets and Boas! My favorites.

    This Brisbane is perfect IMO.

Ask and you shall receive. Hard to get decent, in focus pictures of her when she’s out. She never sits still. Took a half hearted shot at my phone when I moved a little to quick for her but other than that she’s been doing pretty well with acclimating to handling.

One of the coolest Mother Nature patterns and color schemes out there.

Such a difficult choice between Bredli and Brissy.

    Both is the answer!!

    She looks great brother!!
