    What is her hatch date?
It'll be nice to see her and my coastal grow. Even though this Brisbane girl will get a lot bigger.

Never mind, I just saw it in your first post

I love when they are like that. My carpet wasn’t and still
    Isn’t like that.

Looks to me like an excellent way to keep
The retic feel without some of the other nonsense 👍

Couple more minutes of gentle interaction. Using her perch as a handling apparatus so she feels more comfortable. No bites but still a tad twitchy/nervous and likes to move a lot and quickly.

Will start to work with her more frequently now that she’s got two meals in her and has been here a couple weeks.

Having a helluva time settling on a name too. I’ve just been affectionately referring to her as “Little One”.

I love everything about this Coasty! I can't think of a better retic replacement.

Beautiful in every way. I like the sparky attitude, and I know it will calm soon.

    What a beauty!

Re: 2018 0.1 Brisbane Coastal Carpet Progression

Been using Gio’s “acclimation branch” technique to get this girl calmed down and it’s working pretty well.

Hook her out of her tub, place on perch, and let her cruise around until she fully leaves the perch for my arms. Then let her crawl for another minute or so and put her back.

Trying to let her get used to me on her terms, she’s not real fond of immediate and direct hands on contact right out of the tub.

Also, think I’ve settled on Charlotte Marie or “Charli Mae” for short. Split the difference between Ricky and Ziggys votes

    What a snake!
I think this is my favorite coastal on the board. I'm not just kissing @$$. She really is a beauty.

This is the perfect retic replacement IMO.
