Hi!
You're looking to donate to a bp rescue or adopt from a bp rescue? Where are you located? I'm not aware of bp specific rescues, but most cities have local reptile rescues which of course are generally filled with ball pythons. How reputable they are will vary...

Emerald Scales takes in about any reptile, (except iguanas, reptiles illegal in north carolina, and venomous snakes) makes sure they are in optimal health (if they are not, they do whatever they can and will NOT sell them until they are in good health. They also refuse to sell spider BPs due to their neurological issues.) and then they sell said reptile to a good home, i.e they rehabilitate them.

I have no first hand experience with Emerald Scales, however Alex and Ethan (GoHerping and Radiant Reptilia on YouTube) have lots of experience with reptiles, have rehabilitated hundreds of reptiles as well as are a good source for reptile information.

I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for, but USARK might be worth looking into.
