Easterns are really neat snakes and that is a great looking critter.
Did you get that boy switched over to mice?
Thanks for sharing.

Yes. He eats unscented mice with no issues. He has been a great eater. The breeder where he came from breeds both eastern and southern. He will not sell them till they are eating mice unscented. When I initially got him he was only 13 grams and I could not get him to eat (even scented) even though he was eating fine with the breeder. He went about 6 weeks. I tried all kind of things, different foods, temps, substrate, etc. I finally tried a a smaller tub (thought the tub he was in was small) sure enough he ate a few days later(unscented too) and has never refused since. He is up to about 80g now and I got him in a small display cage. He is great
0.1 Emerald Tree Boa (Northern)
0.1 Green Tree Python (Aru)
0.1 Pueblan Milk Snake
1.0 Mexican Black Kingsnake
1.0 Pied Het Lavender Albino Ball Python
1.0 Yellow Phase Eastern Hognose
