Are those actual wounds, the two appear to be cuts or ? It’s hard to tell from the photo.

It doesn’t seem to hurt her when I touch, if they are cuts I don’t see where they appended either. But they are dry, with a bit of stuck shed (1 scale or 2 of old skin). Looks like the scales are apart? I don’t know

So long those wounds remain clean and are not oozing your snake will be fine (I would recommend to keep your snake on paper towel or newspaper for a while)
Now the question is what caused those wounds, it does not look like puncture marks from teeth , so the question is what is in your enclosure that could cause this type of injuries? Substrate such as cypress mulch, sharp edges on hides, sharp edges somewhere else?

My bp started to get some scrapes similar to this from pushing in her sliding glass door animal plastics enclosure.
She was squishing her head into the space between the door that sits further forward and the front frame of the tank. Just something to check for if you have this type of enclosure.
