Best light fixture and bulb for crested/ gargoyle gecko?

Hi, I am getting a gecko soon and was wondering what's the best fixture and bulb for their room temperature needs? Our house sits at 64-68 downstairs and a bit cooler upstairs. The gecko and enclosure will be upstairs so I feel we will definitely need some heating equipment. Would also love some information on a nice cheaper thermostat. Thank you .

Here is what I use https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 this is the only fixture that has two on and of buttons controlling each bulb independentaly which is important since you will need to provide day and night heat since your temps are low.

What I use since my room temp is adequate most of the year is a LED grow light since I use a bioactive setup and a Black Heat bulb at night during the winter month.

In your case you will need a day bulb and a night bulb here http://www.exo-terra.com/download/me...nterzoo_EN.pdf is how you calculate which bulb is appropriate based on your temperature, wattage, distance and what you want to achieve.
