    Looks to be in the mojave/mystic/phantom complex, I'm not good at telling the difference between them. And it's hard to tell with the lighting in the photo but it does look like it could also have pastel. It's not as bright as a mojave pastel looks as a baby but with age they can have that faded look. Anyway, that's my guess, mojave pastel.

    It was advertised as a Butter but I'm not too sure it's a butter

    It looks too dark to be butter/lesser but it could be the lighting. Also the age will make a difference, hard to judge the size from the picture but from hatchling to adult they can vary a lot. If it is an adult it's possible it could be a faded out butter. It would help with the ID if you could get a picture from above with it spread out so we can see pattern and with bright lighting so we can judge the true color better.

    Looks more like a mojave pastel than a butter. But the lighting isn't really good, maybe try posting a better pic if you can get one from them?
