    Cheapest/Best Online Bulk Feeder Supplier

Where is the best place to go for bulk feeders? I've been feeding my girls mice but I'm looking to move the older one up to rats and was surprised that at the 10 for $50 price when I'm used to 50 for $50 with the mice. Is this a decent deal and if not any recommendations are appreciated.

My favorite online supplier is Big Cheese. Perfect Prey is my 2nd choice. They're both really good but Big Cheese is a little less expensive.

I use these same two companies. I'm very happy with both. Check shipping costs to your area, one may be cheaper than the other geographically.

I checked these plus the other regulars. I've only done one order. Quantity of 55 rats, small and large. FOR ME... Rodent Pro came out to the cheapest. But, I was happy with Rodent Pro.

Hit the facebook snake groups in your area. You'll find local prey breeders an friends to split online orders with. Near me rats run $1-6 for prey. While store are getting $12-16 for pets an $5-8 frozen.
Craigslist is another place to watch.

You could grow your own. Then you know what the prey has been fed an the conditions it's been raised in.

My BPs eat ASF, the ASF will never out grow the Balls.

    Good luck!

I've heard good things about big cheese but they're always sold out when I look, so I order from rodent pro.

I used to use Rodent Pro but the last few times I did their feeders were kinda icky and reeked of urine. Their packaging wasn't as nice as Big Cheese or Perfect Prey either. Maybe they've gotten better. I wouldn't mind giving them another shot since they're one of the few suppliers that has rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and quail as well as mice and chicks. I love giving my snakes a variety of prey items.

Re: Cheapest/Best Online Bulk Feeder Supplier

Perfect prey, big cheese, and cold blooded cafe are the only ones I currently use.

I ordered from rodent pro twice and felt the same as Ziggy: everything stunk of urine, mangy looking guinea pigs, etc. No problems feeding any of the prey items but the presentation left much to be desired.

I alternate between the first three I’ve listed depending on what I need and how much of it.

I actually ended up going the local mom and pop shop and got 10 extra large mice for $12 and 10 medium rats for $30. Saves on shipping plus it's nice to choose my bag.

About to order from Cold Blooded Cafe. Never used them, though now looking into it, seems everyone has been ultra happy with them.

40 med size rats, with shipping, comes out to $2.75/rat. No complaints there.
