    Snakes and young kids

Hey everyone, a question for you other snake owners who have young children. My youngens are very loud and constantly running about being loud (as kids should do) but I’m worried about vibrations and noise stressing my snakes out. Just wondering to all you other parents or anyone, where is the best place to keep my snakes? My bedroom is the quietest room in the house as kids don’t go in there, but the rooms slightly warmer than rest of house and heating pipes are right under my floorboards. Any advice appreciated.

Virtually any snake would be less stressed in a quieter warmer room.

Do connect any heat source for the snake to a thermostat so you don't accidently overheat them, but you'd want to do that anyway.

Edit - speaking of young kids - get a lockable enclosure, and don't keep the key with the snakes. They will absolutely open tanks eventually even when they swear they'll never touch them.
